Extended Plans

International students who have graduated and have provincial health care may wish to purchase extra supplemental coverage for areas not covered by your provincial health care, such as:

Prescription Medications
Practitioners (i.e. Massage Therapy, Chiropractor, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, etc.)
Vision Coverage
Travel Coverage
Dental Coverage

Below are some options for students who are looking for additional coverage.

Please note that to be eligible for the coverage below, you must have provincial coverage. The International Alumni Health Plan does not qualify you for the plans below).

BLUE CROSS ONTARIO

This plan is for students who are losing coverage with their current provider (Student VIP or otherwise), and wish to continue coverage. You must apply within 60 days of your current coverage terminating.

For students residing in Ontario, we can provide you with a quote and outline for Blue Cross in Ontario Only. If you choose this option, we can assist you in submitting your application.
