Your opt-out is successful when you see a pop up that says "SUCCESS!" and receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail you registered with on the VIP website. If you do not see either of these items, your opt-out was likely not received. Please try again or contact us on the Live Chat to get assistance with opting out.
Opt-Out Refunds
Since September 2020, Student VIP has been processing refunds via E-Transfer. Refunds will be available in Mid-November. You will be notified via your AUArts e-mail address with instructions on how to deposit your refund when it is ready.
Please Note:
Provincial coverage plans (ex. AHCIP), are NOT eligible to be used to opt-out of the Student VIP plan.
