Travel Clinic Consultations
Connect with a certified medical travel expert to ensure you have all of the appropriate information before you depart to keep you safe and healthy while abroad.
 
Please be sure to schedule your appointment in advance of your travel to allow time to ship and administer vaccines if applicable.
 
The travel clinic consultations are free to use as a member of the Backpack Program. 
You are provided 1 free consultation but can include multiple destinations on your patient registration forms. Any vaccines or medications ordered through the consultation are subject to your medical coverage (i.e. school Health & Dental Plan).

You may be able to have your vaccines administered at the on-campus health clinic. Please call to inquire. If you have your vaccines administered at the pharmacy, there may be an additional charge.

HOW TO ACCESS:

  1. CLICK HERE and register for an account
  2. Select the patient forms for travel outside of Canada
  3. Complete the forms and submit to the website
  4. A member of the patient concierge team will be in touch withn 24 hours to set up your appointment.
  5. Vaccines will be issued to the pharmacy of your choice
*Please Note: The Yellow Fever Vaccine cannot be prescribed through the travel clinic consultation. Please consult your local pharmacy or public health unit for more information on how to receive the Yellow Fever Vaccine.
