The Medavie Blue Cross™ portal is where you can:

• Submit your claims and check on their status
• Access your claims history and view your Explanation of Benefits
• Update your personal and banking information
• ...And MORE!

BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR THE MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS™ PORTAL, YOU WILL NEED:

1) Your Plan Card

If you don’t already have one, click here!

2) Your Policy Number

3) Your Identification Number

Your Identification Number is: Your 9 Digit Student Number + 00 *Replace the B with a 0
Example: If your student number is B00123456, your ID number would be: 00012345600

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS™ PORTAL:

1. Click the "Access Portal" link below
2. Click on “First time? Register now” which can be found on the lower right-hand side of the log in page.
3. When prompted, choose the card on the lower right, it should look similar to the card you downloaded.
4. Enter your policy and identification numbers, as well as personal information into the required fields (see above for tips!)
5. Click Submit! Once you’ve registered, you will be sent an email to activate your account.

If you have previously registered but forgotten your Username - click "Forgot you Username?". To reset your password click "Forgot Password".

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE MEDAVIE BLUE CROSS™ APP:

If you have previously registered but forgotten your Login information - click "Reset login information". To reset your password click "Forgot Password".

Please note you cannot opt-in or opt-out on the Medavie Blue Cross™ Portal.
