Our medical providers are available day or night to help you with your medical concerns, prescribe medication, refer you to a specialist, and even refer you for blood work and x-rays!

To use the Virtual Reality Health Clinic on Campus

If you are on a mobile phone, you will be directed to download the mobile app and you must use the Service Key: SCC and Practice: St.Clair College when you create your account.

Please note that dependants are not eligible to use the Virtual Health Clinic.

How to access virtual healthcare services:

Virtual Reality On Campus Clinic (Using handheld device for exams)
Students who require an exam of the mouth, throat, ear, lungs, heart, blood pressure, pulse, or temperature should use the Virtual Reality On Campus Clinic.

• Click on the link above to schedule your appointment
• Choose your preferred date and time for the appointment
• You will receive a calendar invite
• Visit the GEM Residence at the Windsor Campus 5 minutes before your appointment
• Stop at the front desk of the GEM to collect the key for the virtual reality clinic room

Virtual Clinic (Online Video Only)

Students who do not require an exam of the mouth, throat, ear, lungs, heart, blood pressure, pulse, or temperature should use the video-only service.

• Fill out the required fields (Name, E-mail) and create an account
• Choose a clinician (doctor or nurse) and provide visit details
• The medical provider will appear via video to begin your appointment
