OPT DOWN SOGS Health & Dental Fall 2024 Opt-Down

PLEASE NOTE:

This Opt-down is ONLY for students enrolled in the SOGS Health & Dental Plan (i.e. graduate students completing a Masters or PhD degree) that are looking to opt-down to the Basic Health and Dental Plan. To see what would be covered under the Basic Plan, please click here. If you are completing an undergraduate degree and are looking to opt out of the USC Health and Dental Plan, please click here. To confirm what health plan you have been billed for, please review your Western tuition fee bill. If you have any questions, please contact info@studentvip.ca for assistance.

Your opt-down request has been successfully received when you see a pop up that says "SUCCESS!" and receive a confirmation e-mail to your @uwo.ca e-mail address. If you do not see either of these items, your opt-down was likely not received. Please try again or contact us on the Live Chat for assistance with opting down.
