A Student Assistance Program provides 24/7 multilingual counselling support to your members in various modalities of support such as telephone, live chat, video, and even in-person.
The Student Assistance Program is designed to augment and support existing campus counselling services. The SAP is available to respond to crisis outside of regular campus operating hours and provides users with confidentiality and privacy to access when and where they want in a method that suites their needs.
The SAP can provide students with support on a wide range of personal, social and work issues, including:
