Before seeking services you may call Medavie Blue Cross to ask about coverage for your medical need at 1-833-867-3468 or email saintmarys@medavie.bluecross.ca. They may ask you questions about your medical need in order to help determine your eligiblity. 
 

When you visit a doctor or participating medical office that you have found searching in the Find a Doctor search tool, all you need to do is show them your International Health Plan wallet card as long as they indicate they are a direct billing provider.
 

If you go to a doctor that is out of province or not listed on the Find a Doctor search tool, you may have to pay for the services you receive and submit a claim.

Your Health Plan Wallet card will be emailed to you along with all of your international health plan documents shortly after your arrival.

Students who have to pay upfront for services will have to send in a claim form to be reimbursed for the money you have spent.
