1) Your Benefits Card

If you don’t already have one, click here!

2) Your Policy Number

3) Your Identification Number

Your Identification Number is: 0000+ Your 5-Digit Student Number + "-01"

Example: If your student number is 12345, your ID number would be: 000012345-01

HOW TO REGISTER: The Alberta Blue Cross® Member Website 

1. Go to www.ab.bluecross.ca
2. Click Sign In – Select Plan member
3. Click Not Registered Yet? below the sign in information
4. Enter your personal information as outlined below:
   1. Enter your last name
   2. Enter your Group/Policy Number which is 23712
   3. Enter your ID Number (0000+ Your 5 Digit Student Number+ "-01") Example: If your Student Number is 12345, your Alberta Blue Cross® ID Number would be 000012345-01
   4. Enter your birth date
5. Select Next
6. Enter and confirm your email address, Click Next
7. Create a Login ID, Click Next
8. Create and confirm your Password, Click Next
9. Select and answer security questions incase you get locked out of your account, Click Next
10. Agree to the website’s terms of use by Checking the Box, click Enter the Site

If you have previously registered but forgotten your Username - click "Forgot you Username?".  To reset your password, click "Forgot Password".

HOW TO REGISTER: My Benefits App

Download the free App from your App store and click “Register”. From there, you will enter the required information (see above for tips!).
