This is a free service that will connect you with a counsellor in a private and safe way where you can talk about how you’re feeling, what problems you are experiencing or trauma you have experienced.

What is Mental Health?

Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. Our Mental Health affects how we think, feel and act. If we are struggling with our mental health, this can cause physical symptoms like not sleeping, not eating, headaches and stomach aches.

Sometimes our mental health needs care just like our physical health. Staying healthy in your mind is very important and talking to a counsellor is a key way to do that.

Medical providers who can help with your mental health and wellness include a counsellor, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, and social worker.
