If you have paid up front for medical services (doctor visits, emergency hospital expenses, lab tests, x-rays, etc.), you will need to submit a claim for review for reimbursement (receive money back). You can also view the status of your submitted claims through your ‘Claim History’ found in the Cowan Member Portal.
