If you are on a mobile phone, you will be directed to download the mobile app and you must use the Service Key: AUSU and Practice: Algoma University when you create your account.

International Students: Plese ensure you have your country set to Canada on your phone. You may not be able to see the app in your app store if you still have your phone set to your home country.

You can enroll up to 4 eligible dependants in the Virtual Health Clinic for a flat fee of $199 here.

Virtual Clinic (Online Video Only)

Students who do not require an exam of the mouth, throat, ear, lungs, heart, blood pressure, pulse, or temperature should use the video-only service.

• Click on the link above to get started or download Cleveland Clinic Express Care mobile app. On a computer visit clevelandclinicmycareonline.org
• Create an account
-When prompted for the Service Key, enter AUSU
• Select the tile labelled AUSU.
-Choose a clinician and provide visit details
• The medical provider will appear via video to begin your appointment
