This period is only available for students beginning their studies in January 2025

If you wish to opt-out (cancel) the ASU Health & Dental Plan you must hold alternative Health & Dental coverage.

No opt-outs or refunds are granted if you make a claim under the plan.
For more details about what is required and how to opt-out, and any applicable deadlines please select the option that suits you.

In order to opt-out or add dependants you will need to register to create a username and password on our Student VIP site.
