Before seeking services you may call Medavie Blue Cross to ask about coverage for your medical need at 1-833-867-3468 or email acadia@medavie.bluecross.ca. They may ask you questions about your medical need in order to help determine your eligiblity.
When you visit a doctor or participating medical office that you have found searching in the Find a Doctor search tool, all you need to do is show them your International Health Plan wallet card as long as they indicate they are a direct billing provider.
If you go to a doctor that is out of province or not listed on the Find a Doctor search tool, you may have to pay for the services you receive and submit a claim.

You can get your health plan card here. Your health plan card has also been-emailed to your school e-mail address.
Students who have to pay upfront for services will have to send in a claim form to be reimbursed for the money you have spent.
