Pre-Determination Form Health Care

This portion of your insurance coverage is for medical expenses if you are sick or injured and require medical care. Your policy covers these expenses at 100% and there is no deductible or co-pay for you.

Coverage Summary

As a short-term researcher, scholar, professor, visiting student or other University affiliate, you are eligible for coverage under the Student VIP International Short-Term Health Plan.

You must be enrolled in the plan to be eligible for the benefits. If you are not sure if your department has enrolled you for coverage, please contact them directly or email info@studentvip.ca

Health care is expensive! A hospital room can cost as much as $4,000 per day - not including the cost of medical care, prescription medications, tests, x-rays, etc.!
