Your opt-out is successful when you see a pop up that says "SUCCESS!" and receive a confirmation e-mail to your @trentu.ca e-mail address. If you do not see either of these items, your opt-out was likely not received. Please try again or contact us on the Live Chat for assistance with opting out.
E-transfer refunds will be available in early/mid-November. You will be notified via your @trentu.ca e-mail address with instructions on how to deposit your refund when it is ready.
Attention International Students:
Please note that your international medical coverage through your school, is NOT eligible to be used to opt-out of the Student VIP plan. This plan is your provincial equivalent plan and does not cover you for the benefits offered by Student VIP.
