Your opt-out is successfully received when you see a pop up that says "SUCCESS!" and receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail you registered with on the VIP website. If you do not see either of these items, your opt-out was likely not received. Please try again or contact us on the Live Chat to get assistance with opting out.
