If you have family (spouse, children) you want to enrol for coverage you must enrol them when they arrive to Canada.
You must complete a family application each year that you require coverage for your dependants. If approved, the appropriate fee will be charged to your student account.

Legal Sex information is required to activate your coverage with the Benefit Provider. Student VIP acknowledges that legal sex may not necessarily match the gender identity of our clients. We are actively working to ensure this information is only used for the purpose of activating your Benefits and that the gender identity of our clients is respected. In lieu of selecting a Male or Female designation, your coverage will be activated with a designation that may not necessarily reflect your personal gender identity or expression.
