Transferring your prescriptions from another pharmacy to Direct2U Virtual Pharmacy is easy to do and completely free. Simply provide the phone number of the pharmacy you'd like to transfer from, and the team at DrugSmart Pharmacy will contact them to complete the process for you.

Once you've requested a prescription transfer DrugSmart Pharmacy will reach out to you in order to get your prescription profile set up (if you don't already have one).


TRANSFER A SCRIPT
You will be charged $0 when you place an order online for a prescription refill. Once we receive your prescription order, we will contact you to:

  1. Process your insurance and payment. We direct bill to all private insurance plans.
  2. Confirm your delivery or pickup preferences.
  3. Discuss your medication, if required.

Your medication will be then be dispensed, and you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup or has been sent out for delivery.


REFILL A SCRIPT
With the DrugSmart Virtual Clinic, you can speak to a pharmacist or physician any day of the week, book an appointment at your local DrugSmart Pharmacy for your COVID-19 vaccine, or manage your booked appointments.
