BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

1) Your Plan Card

If you don’t already have one, click here!

2) Your Policy Number

3) Your Identification Number

Your Identification Number is: 00 + Your 7-Digit Colleague ID Number + 00

Example: If your Colleague ID number is 1234567, your Medavie Blue Cross Identification number would be: 00123456700
 

HOW TO REGISTER: The Medavie Blue Cross® Member Website 

1. Click the "Access Member Website" link below
2. Click on “First time? Register now” which can be found on the lower right-hand side of the log in page.
3. When prompted, choose the card on the lower right, it should look similar to the card you downloaded.
4. Enter your policy and identification numbers, as well as personal information into the required fields (see above for tips!)
5. Click Submit! Once you’ve registered, you will be sent an email to activate your account.

If you have previously registered but forgotten your Username - click "Forgot you Username?".  To reset your password, click "Forgot Password".

HOW TO REGISTER: My Benefits App:

Download the free App from your App store and click “Register”. From there, you will enter the required information (see above for tips!).
